The promised delivery time has passed but I still haven’t got my order?
The reason is various when an order is not delivered in time, especially since our crafts are mainly knife shaped. This may cause the items to be reviewed by your customs, detained by customs, or lost during the transit. Contact us and we will check to see how we can resolve the situation.

What if got a broken item/wrong item?
Products might get damaged during the transit. We provide a replacement for this situation. And we will resend you the correct item if you got the wrong one.

Can I return it?
